About the Owners

We’re Kyle and Mandy Wescott, husband and wife duo, owners of DOC: Discipline Over Comfort.
As competitive bodybuilders, we’ve lived the grind. Early mornings, strict routines, and the daily choice to do what’s hard over what’s easy.

DOC was born from that same mindset. We know what it takes to change, not just your body, but your identity. Our mission is to help our clients become the best version of themselves through accountability, structure, and relentless discipline.

We don’t sell shortcuts. We build habits.
Because comfort never built character, and discipline changes everything.

Kyle’s background as a wrestler and U.S. Army MP, built his foundation of discipline and structure. Years of cutting weight and training under pressure taught him how to stay focused and achieve results, lessons he now passes on to every client he coaches.

Mandy embodies the perfect balance of compassion and grit. As a nationally certified American Sign Language Interpreter, and has her NIC and BEI-Advanced Certifications. She brings not only communication accessibility but also cultural awareness and inclusivity to her coaching
