Be ACTIVE!
Stretch, breathe, move and exercise, daily. It isn’t a surprise that being active is extremely important to the human body and mind. If we all know and understand the importance of living actively, then why do we remain comfortable with ourselves living a sedentary life.
It's simply because it is comfortable to sit back and watch a tv show or play video games. To be honest, sometimes I would rather sit back and do the same thing, most days. You have to have a bigger "Why". Why are you going through this discomfort of being active? Is it to improve your overall health for yourself, to find a significant other or so you can play with your kids and not be constantly out of breath. Start by figuring out your why and you will notice that getting off of your butt and doing something to better yourself. I promise.

- Improve overall appearance.
- Be able to withstand stress.
- Decrease the risk of illness.
- Speed up recovery from injury or surgery.
- Keep focused.
- Build up cardiovascular endurance
Be consistent and results will follow. When you are just beginning this journey, literally do anything that involves raising your heart rate. Join a gym, look up meet up groups that involve being active. I guarantee that you will find something that you enjoy and feel great after you accomplish it. Give yourself small, realistic, but challenging goals that will provide small victories along the way to your dream body.
Grow with discipline and prove to yourself that you have what it takes to become the best version of yourself. Those that are trained with discipline will feel more energized, improve their appearance, decrease the risk of illness, withstand stress and much more.
You are not average, you are great. Start acting like it.
